The Hakushu distillery is depicted on the bottle in mellow shades of lush green, which symbolize the forest that surrounds the distillery. The distillery boasts that it is one of the highest in the world and that it makes crisp, green whiskies. This lovely whisky achieves a fresh and subtly smoky single malt whisky by balancing peat with mild and clear local mountain water.
