The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcoholic beverages. When you place an order, you authorize The Liquor Bros to act on your behalf to engage with a common carrier for delivery. The buyer assumes all responsibility for determining legality and compliance with local and state laws.

1. Sale of Alcoholic Beverages

Alcohol purchases are intended for personal consumption only, not resale.

Returned products are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus freight and a $15 return shipping fee.

No returns are allowed unless the beverages are spoiled, deteriorated, or otherwise unfit for consumption.
Sales are final except as described above.

3. Receiving Merchandise and Passage of Title
Title to goods passes to you in California when the common carrier takes possession of the shipment. You assume all responsibility for compliance with state laws. If your state changes its laws before delivery, you may return the order for a full refund.
All returns must comply with California law. Returns across state lines are generally prohibited unless authorized.
4. Receiving Product from The Liquor Bros

Products ship via common carrier (21+ ID and signature may be required upon delivery).
Shipping Schedule:

Orders placed before 2 p.m. PST, Mon–Fri, ship within 48 hours on business days.

Weekend/holiday orders ship the next business day. All holiday weekends have an extra 24-48 hour processing time frame.
- There may be delays
The customer assumes responsibility for damage during transit. Products with unique shapes or packaging are more fragile, and The Liquor Bros cannot guarantee delivery without damage.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website is provided “as is” without any warranty, express or implied. The Liquor Bros disclaims all liability for errors, inaccuracies, or misuse of information contained herein.
6. Limitation of Liability; Indemnification
The Company and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Website or its content.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the Website, or any purchase from The Liquor Bros, both parties agree to first attempt resolution informally and in good faith.
If no resolution is reached, either party may file an action in a court of competent jurisdiction located in San Diego County, California. Both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
