For returns to be accepted the items must be returned within 7 days from date of delivery, unused, unopened and in the same condition it was received with original packaging. You must email : ORDERS@THELIQUORBROS.COM to begin the process with any issues concerning your order. Returns for beverages that are spoiled, deteriorated, contaminated, or otherwise unfit for human consumption will be accepted. All returns must also include a valid original receipt with the package.
Damaged Items - If your order has been damaged during transportation, we ask that you begin the claim process by visiting https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdEuA4y452gRMRoW0yrA1ee784I_TzHeHxWX9OJOpayHYeB0Q/viewform?usp=sf_link and providing all required / requested information in the submission form.
Incorrect Items - If you received an incorrect item, please understand we are human and real people are processing your orders and we all make mistakes. Please contact our orders support team and we will correct the issue. Once the item is received at our facility, we will provide the correct product. Please email : ORDERS@THELIQUORBROS.COM in regards to your incorrect order
Lost Items- If your order is lost in transportation and tracking is unavailable we will do our best to replace the item if available. However in instances we cannot replace the original item we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
A consumer cannot overbuy for a party and then return any of the unused alcoholic beverages. Neither can the recipient of a gift exchange it for other merchandise or be given a credit.
Sales to consumers are final except as previously set forth. The Department and federal law agree in this respect.
Returned products will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and no refunds will be issued on shipping.
