Barrel 25B : 

• Flavor Profile: Rich and complex, with notes of caramel, dark cherry, and seasoned oak, balanced by hints of vanilla, brown sugar, and baking spice
• Palate: Dense and full-bodied with flavors of molasses, leather, tobacco, and toasted nut, evolving with every sip
• Finish: Long and warm, with notes of smoky oak, cocoa, and lingering sweetness 

Barrel 25D : 

Flavor Profile: Bold and expressive with deep notes of dark caramel, black cherry, and charred oak, layered with cracked pepper, cinnamon, and a touch of burnt orange peel. Slightly darker and spicier in character than its counterpart.

Palate: Powerful and structured, showcasing rich toffee, espresso, and dark cocoa alongside rye-driven spice and roasted oak. The mouthfeel is thick and commanding, unfolding in waves as the proof asserts itself.
