The first single malt Scotch to ever be completed in a cask that has previously aged beer, Polly's Casks is a revolutionary whisky that was created in partnership with Tullibardine and Firestone Walker. In order to complete the maturing of Tullibardine Highland single malt in the Ochil Hills of Perthshire, 60 Firestone Walker Double DBA barrels were transported to the Highlands of Scotland.
