Agave from the highlands of Mexico with the famous Dos Artes cooking method using Autoclave aging the Anejo tequila at 18 months minimum to extra the finest flavors from the 100% Agave.  The Reserva Especial Anejo is a fermented hybrid of classical music to infuse into the agave using a pot still distillation process for finishing.
