Traditional techniques are used to create Cava de Oro Extra Aejo Tequila, including gradually boiling the agaves, grinding the fibers using a tahona mill, natural fermentation, and low-heat copper pot still distillation.

Then, this expression ages for 5 years in French white oak barrels that were previously used to store red wine. The 76 proof sipper is fruity, oaky, and delicately sweet with an extra-long finish.
