The first batch of whiskey produced in Woodford Reserve's new stillhouse in 2018 was used to create the distinctive bourbon known as Woodford Reserve Historic Barrel Entry. It was kept in a single barrel for 5 years and 7 months before being bottled at 90.4 proof. This limited-edition bourbon boasts a velvety finish with rich, nuanced notes of caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak. Numerous accolades have been bestowed upon it, including a Double Gold in the 2020 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
