This single barrel celebrates the very best of the Old World whisky making traditions, combined with the abundant character of our New World Virginia home as it marries our Virginia Distillery Co. American Single Malt whisky made from 100% two-row malted barley and aged Scotch malt whisky, all of which were distilled on hand-hammered, traditional copper pot stills, and harmonize in barrel in Virginia’s Blue Ridge Mountains.

This special release represents a unique collaboration between Virginia Distillery Co. and The Liquor Bros, selected from a single cask and bottled exclusively for TLB. Crafted with the finest 100% malted barley and aged in oak, this whiskey was then finished in a Port wine cask, layering fruit and richness onto its bold, malt-driven foundation.

🥃 Tasting Notes

🫢 Nose:
Aromas of ripe dark berries, fig jam, and dried cherries, intertwined with vanilla bean, toasted oak, and a touch of cocoa.

👅 Palate:
Luxurious waves of rich malt, toffee, and caramel meet jammy red fruits from the Port finish. Notes of hazelnut, cinnamon, and honey provide depth, while a silky texture coats the tongue.

🔥 Finish:
Long and warming, with lingering flavors of dark chocolate, port-soaked fruit, and spiced oak.
