The Lost Explorer Mezcal Espadin 750ml

The most widely used agave variety for mezcal is Espadin. The pia is shielded by its sword-like leaves that reach the sky. An Espadin agave typically takes 5-8 years to reach maturity, though we prefer to wait 8 for ours. The additional time is enjoyed. 

A well-balanced expression that is sweet and herbaceous with flavors of sweet apple, ripe fruits, and a light Smokey layer at the finish.
