Utilizing just the tahona process and the actual basalt stone utilized at the distillery more than 100 years ago, this product was made to commemorate Casa San Matias' 130th anniversary.
Well-balanced between agave and oak, aged for three months in American oak barrels, and awarded a silver medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
