The addition of malted rye gives New Riff’s flagship rye a unique twist, adding another layer of refinement and complexity to the naturally bold character of the grain.
Aged for at least four years in new toasted and charred oak barrels, this whiskey is produced using New Riff’s traditional sour mash Kentucky regimen and bottled Bottled-in-Bond at 100 proof without chill filtration.
The result is an expressive rye packed with cinnamon, mint, black pepper, vanilla, caramel, and toasted oak. Sweetness builds through the palate with toffee and brown sugar before giving way to the bold, lingering spice that rye enthusiasts love.
