100 Proof James E. Pepper 1776 Using a mash of corn, rye, and malted barley, Straight Bourbon is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. It is bottled at 100 proof after being aged for at least two years in new, charred oak barrels. The whiskey is rich amber in color and boasts a toasted oak, baking spice, and sweet caramel aroma. It has a full-bodied, silky mouthfeel and flavors of vanilla, toasted wood, and baking spices. The aftertaste is warm and lengthy with a spice undertone.
