Brewed at our old Clybourn brewpub in celebration of the 1000th batch. a liquid the color of a whiskey barrel that is as thick and dark as a black hole, with heavy froth. Charred oak, chocolate, vanilla, caramel, and smoke are all strongly present in the aroma. The flavor in one sip is greater than in a typical case of beer.
