Whiskey was raised in specially chosen Oloroso sherry casks for 18 years, which were purchased from the top wineries in southern Spain. Cold filtration is not used during whiskey manufacture. A deep, vivid golden color with reddish undertones. Sweet sugar and sugar cane are smelled. Further complexity is added by the fruity aromas and cherry sour drink.
With traces of nuts and spices, the whiskey nicely complements the classic flavors of Oloroso sherry, like toasted walnuts, citrus, and chocolate. It has a superb, rich, seductive, and warm flavor. The conclusion is lengthy and intense.
