This Artisan Mezcal, known as Firme Ensamble De 6 Mezcal, has been meticulously crafted using a combination of six hand-selected agave species including Maguey Espadín, Tobala, Barril, Cuishe, Mexicano, and Coyote. Each agave is aged for 9-15 years before being milled in traditional horse-drawn stone mills and fermented in wooden tubs. The resulting distillate is then double distilled in copper alembics, creating a smooth and smokey taste with notes of sweetness, plants, fruits, and earthiness. With an alcoholic degree of 45% Alc. Vol and a 750ml presentation, this mezcal is a true testament to the ancient techniques and expertise of the industry.
