Named for Colonel Edmund Haynes Taylor, Jr., credited with pushing bourbon toward the standards that became the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897, this small batch bourbon ages in the same century-old warehouses he built at Buffalo Trace. It's made from Mash Bill #1, the distillery's low-rye recipe, the same one behind Buffalo Trace and Eagle Rare.
Proof: 100 (50% ABV), Bottled in Bond

Age: No age statement. Bottled in Bond rules require a minimum of four years in barrel.
