Eagle Rare 17-Year Old has been released in 2022 in bottles with a 101-proof (50.5% ABV) content. The spring of 2005 saw the distillation of this bourbon, which was then matured in Warehouses H, K, and L. It is characterized by having flavors of caramel, vanilla bean, dark chocolate, and wood" on the palate and a full-bodied finish with baking spice, vanilla, and butterscotch. It has scents of "tobacco, chocolate-wrapped cherries, and a touch of oak.
