The oldest Canadian whisky currently on the market has been aged 43 years in oak barrels. It is a limited edition, extremely rare wine that is smooth, rich, and has notes of toasted wood, dried fruit, vanilla, and spice.
Aroma: Rich leather and caramelized sugar with notes of toasted oak.
Palate: Complex but smooth and enjoyable, with a nutmeg spiciness that is complemented with a gentle sweetness and a hint of dried fruit.
Finish: A delicious oak finish that is warm and lasting.
