Lactose was added to the beer during the brewing process to give it a silky-soft texture. Bourbon barrels were then used to age the beer, and it was then finished with 300 pounds of marshmallows, fresh coconut, tart pineapple, and coffee beans from El Salvador that were roasted by our friends at Bodhi Leaf.
