St. George Baller American Single Malt Whiskey is a distinctive California whiskey from St. George Spirits, created with inspiration from both American craft distilling and Japanese whisky traditions. Bold, unconventional, and built with cocktails in mind, Baller offers a completely different experience from traditional bourbon or Scotch.
Made from 100% malted barley, the whiskey is distilled in copper pot stills and matured in a combination of used bourbon and French oak wine casks. It is then finished in casks that previously held St. George Umeshu, the distillery’s Japanese-style plum liqueur, adding an intriguing layer of fruit, tartness, and aromatic complexity.
The result is a dry, smoky, fruit-driven single malt with notes of roasted malt, stone fruit, citrus, oak, and gentle smoke. At 94 proof, Baller has enough intensity to shine neat while also standing up beautifully in spirit-forward cocktails.
