Hardin’s Creek Warehouse W Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is an 11-year-old, 110-proof expression from the James B. Beam Distilling Co., created to explore how a barrel’s specific location within a Kentucky warehouse can influence the whiskey over years of maturation.
For this release, barrels were selected from the 5th floor of Warehouse W. Resting in this particular warehouse environment for more than a decade allows the bourbon to develop a rich combination of caramelized sweetness, vanilla, mature oak, fruit, and warming spice.
Bottled at 110 proof, Warehouse W maintains the strength and structure needed to showcase its mature barrel character. Expect a full-bodied bourbon with layers of caramel, brown sugar, vanilla, toasted oak, dark fruit, roasted nuts, and baking spice that continue to evolve as the whiskey rests in the glass.
