Colorado- Woody Creek Distillers Cask Strength Rye is a single barrel release of 100% Straight Rye Whiskey right out of the barrel. This Elbon Rye is all harvested in Colorado and fermented, aged and distilled at the distillery in Basalt, CO. Age statement is a minimum of 5 years old.
We’ve poured ourselves into bringing you this straight rye whiskey of uncommon complexity and “damn that’s smooth” taste. Each bottle of our 100% Colorado Rye is crafted in custom CARL stills using locally grown rye from trusted Colorado farms, then gracefully aged a minimum of four years in new American oak. Indeed, this is how you turn rye into gold.
