Kujira 10 Year old Japanese Ryukyu Whisky 750ml
produced by Masahiro Shuzo, one of Okinawa, Japan's oldest and largest distilleries. KUJIRA 100% Indica rice was used to distill Ryukyu Whisky 10 years, and it was mashed with a special Okinawan koji called "black Koji." more than ten years in White Oak Virgin Cask maturation. Aroma: The nose has notes of honey, brown sugar, spices, and mild oak.
Palate: Licorice and baked bread flavors with a soft butter caramel sauce. The flavor is enhanced by charming spices like clover and cinnamon.
Finish: Long spice finish with a pleasant amount of sharpness to counteract the sweetness.
