The most herbaceous of all of our mezcals, Salmiana (Maguey Verde) mezcal has a sweet and spicy profile with overtones of green chile, citrus, and fresh agave. Each small batch of mezcal is produced in a sustainable manner that is closely attuned to the cycle of nature and is made entirely from agave. Prior to harvest, the Salmiana Agave grows for 12 years.
