This batch bears Charlie Hutchens' name, who created the distinctive wooden boxes that each bottle of Bookers Bourbon is packaged in. He was also a former employee of my dad, Booker Noe, and a lifelong family friend. At the Booker Noe Distillery, Charlie began his career. He was quite the storyteller and would keep people amused throughout the day with his tall yarns.
Like his father with his whiskey, he was someone who paid special attention to the little things and would practice anything until it was flawless. It is simple to understand how they got along so well. 63.30% Alc/Vol 2023-01 7 years, 1 month, and 8 days old.
