American Whiskey Limited Edition with Blackened Metallica pairing of the best whiskeys, ryes, and bourbons personally chosen by Dave Pickerel. Each whiskey has a distinctive flavor that is important in the finished spirit. Blackened, which is made primarily of bourbon, has a wonderful balance of sweetness and spicy spice because to its high rye content.
TASTING NOTES: Burnt caramel, oak, and honey are present in the aroma, and the palate is filled with honey, cinnamon, allspice, black fruit, clove, and mint. Long and silky with a hint of creaminess and flavors of butterscotch taffy, maple, and honey, the aftertaste is pleasant.

I was excited, my son is a big Metallica fan and he wanted their whiskey brand for his birthday. When we received the shipment the outside box was intact, but when we opened it the limited edition box it came in was crushed. I understand that keeping the bottle safe and secured is the most important, but the box itself was unique and we wanted it for display purposes. I am very disheartened by the way the box was damaged, I'm just very disappointed.
