Kentucky's Blade and Bow's 22-Year-Old Straight Bourbon is intended as a tribute to the event. Bow and arrow Notes about the 22-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Aroma: The aroma has notes of toasted wood, vanilla bean, figs, and a faint hint of dark caramel. Taste: Apples roasted in honey and spices with notes of burned sugar. Finish: The finish is drawn out and has overtones of spice and rich caramel.
Information on distilleries Blade & Bow is a tribute to the storied Stitzel-Weller distillery. Some of the distillery's oldest whiskey stocks, including some of the last bourbon made there before it closed in 1992, are preserved in Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey through the use of a special Solera System maturing procedure.
